What is account linking?
This function records play information (account data) created with this application so that it can be used when reinstalling the application or playing on other devices using an external account.
The following external accounts can be used.
Google account
AppleID
By using account linking, you can recall your account data and continue to enjoy the game even after uninstalling the application or changing the device model.
Please be assured that the external account's login ID, password, and other personal information will not be recorded on the “Treloar” server because account linking is performed using the login function of the external account.
How do I account linking?
The following is how to link your account.
【Registration】
Select [Account] from [Menu] in the lower left corner of the title screen. 2.
Select “Register” and then select the account you wish to link.
3. Log in to the browser when the login screen is displayed.
4. Confirm the character name displayed, and select [Link].
When the linkage completion is displayed, close the browser.
【Call up】
Select [Account] from [Menu] in the lower left corner of the title screen. 2.
Select “Call up” and then select the account to be used for calling. 3.
3. The login screen will be displayed in the browser.
4. Confirm the displayed character name and select “Call up”.
5. Close the browser when the call up completion is displayed.
If I uninstalled the app without linking my data, can I recover the data?
Basically, we do not support account recovery. Please understand this in advance.
Please link your account to “Torerowa” and do not forget to keep your linked account.
Can I play with multiple accounts?
“Torerowa” does not support or guarantee the use of multiple accounts. You are solely responsible for any problems that may occur with multiple accounts.
Is it possible to play the same account on multiple devices?
By using account linkage, the same account can be used on multiple devices.
The same account data can be shared and played on multiple devices by recalling the linked account data on the device you wish to use. The latest play status is reflected on all devices, so even if you log in to a previous device, the operation will not be rewound.
Jewels are retained on each platform regardless of whether they are paid or free.
Please note that if you change your device from Android to iOS and then recall your account data, the Jewels you originally owned on the Android version will not be added to your Jewel count on the iOS version.
