How will I receive a response to my inquiry?

If you do not receive a response, please check the following:

・Whether it was sent to your email client's spam folder
・Email reception settings
For reception settings, please add “@torerowa.com” to your approved sender list.
・Whether you received an auto-reply email

You may use videos and still images without our permission, provided that you observe the “Prohibited Items” below.
【Prohibited use】
The following prohibitions apply to the secondary use and creation of “Torerowa”.
(1) Commercial use of “TOREROWA” for commercial purposes, whether with or without compensation.
