How do I purchase Jewels?

Jewels can be purchased by clicking “Buy Jewels” in the “Shop” on the left side of the in-game home screen.
Jewels, regardless of whether they are paid or free, are tied to the platform on which they were obtained. Please note that you will not be able to use the Jewels you have already acquired when you log in on another platform.

What should I do if an item purchased in the store is not credited?

Basically, purchased Jewels are directly added to your balance, and items and other products are sent to you by email.
If you do not receive your purchased Jewels or items after purchase, please try the following first.

-Wait for a few minutes for the Jewel or item to be credited.
-Logout” from ‘Options’ to return to the title screen and log in again.
-Restart the application.

What is a Premium Pass?

Premium Pass is a product that provides the corresponding effect for 30 days (720 hours) after purchase in the store.

【Bag Pass 30 days】
The bag pass increases the number of guaranteed relics that can be brought back when an escape attempt fails with 8 or more relics acquired.

【Gold Pass 30 days】
The gold obtained in the dungeon will be increased by 20% when searching.

The effect time will be elapsed even when you are not logged in or during maintenance.
After the effect time has elapsed, the product can be re-purchased at the store.
